Package Your Items
Carefully place your jewelry in its original Clogau presentation box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer along with your completed returns form.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the pre-paid or standard shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage.
Processing & Refund
Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7 to 10 working days.
